YoX

YoX is a multiplayer family checkerboard game.
It mixes strategy and luck and comes in several unique thematics which induce varied and always funnier gameplays!

Original concept
YoX is a fun 2 players checkerboard turn-based game.
One player moves vertically and the other horizontally.
The squares are fully occupied with different items. Some have a most positive impact than other one.
The goal of each player is to get as many positive items as possible while moving the unique checker (the player’s badge).
The game is over when the goal is reached by one of the players.

Various thematic universes and gameplays
There are 7 YoX thematic universes :

• Pirates (the classic one)
• Garden
• Ice field
• Jungle
• Egypt
• Casino
• Timeless

Each of them induces a specific variation of gameplay :In ‘YoXIce field’, you’ve to be careful as the ice is melting which will make the items vanish. in ‘YoX Jungle’, you have to remember where the poisoned items are… And so, for each univers, you have to master the specificities of that gameplay in order to take advantage on your opponent.

Badge creation
YoX offers to create unique badges in player’s image thanks to an editor.
